My website had been on line for more than two years before I was introduced to Apexoo Software. It had done really nothing in that time other than to be 'there' and allowing me to tell others... "I had a website." After inviting Apexoo Software to re-create it and make it more functional, I now view it as another business tool that I can modify on my own to suit different marketing and promotional plans. I have more control over it and I use it more because I no longer fear the cost of making changes to it since I do most of the updates myself. When we had Apexoo re-design and host our website for us, our main concern was getting better search engine results. Our site went from total obscurity to number 1 in search engine results in a matter of weeks. We were also able to take full control of managing the site, where before it would take a number of phone calls, emails, etc., to make even minor changes (and therefore usually put off); Now we can make the changes easily and often. In late 2008, we realized the necessity to expand our marketplace. The retail environment continued to shift towards an e-commerce based economy, and we were being left behind. We needed the ability to take control of the selling tools at our disposal, and Apexoo Software helped us do that. They helped us design a more functional website that enabled us to use the internet as a second store. Along with our newly expanded marketplace, we received the tools necessary to control the content in an easy, timely, and cost-effective manner. After a few quick lessons, shop personnel with only moderate computer literacy could make updates, and maintain a current and up-to-date site. Along with these improvements, our internet visibility increased through enhanced search engine results. This drove more traffic to our website, which in-turn produced more revenue for our store. My heartfelt gratitude to the team at Apexoo Software! Thanks to recently having their content management software (even someone as computer-illiterate as myself can easily use it!) installed on my website, I've had the luxury of being able to update and/or change the content on my site, by myself, whenever I feel it requires a change or something new added! I feel much better now that I'm in control and can make any important and necessary changes without having to wait for my webmaster to find the time in getting to it.
